Call for Workshops
Call for workshops is now open.
We strongly encourage submissions from delegates in developing nations and with diverse backgrounds, as we aim to foster a diverse and inclusive program. See guidelines and suggested themes below, but please feel free to suggest themes not listed below.
Submission guidelines
Each workshop should have a lead which will be responsible for organising communication with participants. Proposals should be 250 words maximum outlining the relevance of the workshop for the audience. You will be required to include the expected number of participants and material needed. Workshops will be held on Monday (17/08/2026) and they can be half or full day workshops. Please keep in mind that there are a limited number of rooms for workshops.
Submissions close on the 1st of March 2026.
Themes below are suggestions based on community requests, feel free to suggest other workshops that might be relevant.
